The polyclinic has been inaugurated on Saturday 9/6/2007 corresponding 23/5/1428H. It is located North of Jeddah – Prince Sultan Street (Hay Almuhamadya) , North of  Alayah round about. The total area of the land is approximately 4494 square meter on which the polyclinic buildings engage 1391square meter.
The polyclinic building consists of 4 floors as follows:
  • Basement
  • Ground Floor
  • First Floor
  • Second Floor 
Basement
Current Status:
The basement includes the following
  1. One operation room for endoscopies & I.V.F in addition to the I.V.F lab.
  2. Medical Record Department
  3. Medical Reports
  4. Laboratory Department
  5. X-ray Department

Future Plans:

  1. To establish Medical Gases Station and link it to all departments & inpatient rooms.
  2. To Assign an area for Murtuary
  3. To Establish Physiotherapy Department
  4. To Establish Hospital Restaurant
  5. Emergency Department:

 Located at the basement floor and includes the following:

  1. 4 patient beds
  2. Resuscitation room
  3. 2  Rooms for Injections & Dressing ( one for male & the other for females)
Ground Floor:
This floor includes the (11) Out-Patient Clinics and 3 waiting areas, one Out-Patient Pharmacy, and 3 counter for receptionists.
 
First Floor:
Current Status:
Includes 18 inpatient rooms distributed as follows:
  1. 4 Suites
  2. 14 First Class Rooms
  3. 2 Nursing Stations

Future Plans:

The first floor shall be re-structured to increase the number of the inpatient rooms to become 28 (Suites & First Class) instead of the 18 rooms.

 

Second Floor:

Current Status:
Includes 9 inpatient rooms distributed as follows:
  1. 4 Suits
  2. 5 First Class Rooms
  3. 2 Nursing Stations

Future Plans:

The second floor shall be re-structured to increase the number of the inpatient rooms to become 10 (3 Suites + 7 First Class) instead of 9 rooms. In the future plan the second floor will include 3 operation rooms, 4 labor wards, I.C.U for pediatrics and newborns, incubators and I.C.U for adults

Parking Areas:
 
There are two parking areas available for polyclinic visitors. The main parking lot is located at the backside and the other is located at the entrance of the polyclinic (front side) with total capacity of (100) car.
